To see the data from the monitored device log into your XERXES account with any browser. Once the app is synced with the target device all the data we collect will be available in your Dashboard.
You have full control over how often the app updates. You can always change the update frequency (5 minutes to 24 hours) in your XERXES account. By default the app collects new data from your Android device every 3 minutes and sends it to the control panel. Any new activity on the device will trigger this process. For iPhone devices data is updated daily—every 24 hours—after the last backup in iCloud.
No, XERXES is designed to run completely in the background and leave no trace on the target device. On Android devices the app hides its icon after installation and runs as a system app. For iPhone devices you can install through iCloud Sync or Wi-Fi and don’t need to install directly on the target phone.
